METRO MANILA, Philippines — Matapos iharap sa korte sa Capas, Tarlac, ibinalik ng PNP Custodial Center sa Camp Crame si Guo Hua Ping o Alice Guo.
Sinabi ni PNP spokesperson na si Col. Jean Fajardo ang pagpapaharap kay Guo sa Capas Regional Trial Court Branch 109 ay “matter of procedure” sa isang indibiduwal na inaresto base sa warrant of arrest.
Inireklamo ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) ng paglabag sa Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act si Guo.

Sabi pa ni Fajardo na mananatili sa kustodiya ng PNP si Guo hanggang walang utos ang korte na ilipat ito sa ibang kulungan.
Samantala, iginiit ni Fajardo na walang VIP treatement si Guo ngunit nasa hiwalay itong selda na may sariling palikuran.
Una nang binanggit ni Guo kina Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos at PNP chief Gen. Rommel Marbil na may mga pagbabanta sa kanyang buhay.
Tiniyak naman ni Abalos ang kaligtasan ni Guo habang ito ay nasa kustodiya ng mga pulis.
