METRO MANILA, Philippines — Tiniyák ng  Department of Budget and Management (DBM) na matatanggáp ng mga kawaní ng gobyerno ang kaniláng 2022 at 2023 na performance-based bonus.

Itó ay sa kabilâ ng utos ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. na suriin at baguhin ang evaluation at incentive schemes sa gobyerno.

Una nang ipinasuspindí ni Marcos ang pagpapatupád ng Results-Based Performance Management (RBPM) at Performance-Based Incentive (PBI) systems sa pamamagitan ng Executive Order No. 61.

Ipinaliwanag ng  DBM na layunin ng utos ni Marcos na suriin ang sistema sa pagbibigáy ng mga bonus at pag-isahín at padaliín ang proseso.

Dagdág pa ng kagawarán, hindí na sakop ng EO ang 2022 at 2023 performance-based bonus.

Nabatíd ng Radyo Inquirer na magíng ang pagpapalabás ng  2024 Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) ay itutulóy dahil naipalabás na ng DBM sa mga ahensya ang alokasyón para dito.

Ang PEI ay may katumbás na P5,000 at ibinibigáy bago sumapít ang ika-15 ng Disyembre ng bawat taón.
