He is lying.
Senator Manny Pacquiao’s point makes a lot of sense and founded ok common sense.
Pacquiao is on the right track.
Natatawa lang ako na walang nag-point out na inamin niya na siya ang nagrekomenda kay then Sec. Leila De Lima kina Bucayu at Ragos, who by the way, have written affidavit and verbal testimonies narrating accounts on money delivered to De Lima.
The connection is quite telling.
He is protecting the bigger collection made as early as 2013, yung quota money from the drug lords inside Bilibid Prisons. May Mas malaking pera pinagtatakpan. A source told me about accounts related to this elaborate attempt to focus just on protection money from Kerwin. But the source has no personality to talk on record about these accounts. May Bank Secrecy Law pa on top of that.
Dayan appears to be a man with limited capacity to lie and sustain a script intended not just for his defense but to protect the real issue from the very beginning: the proliferation of the illegal drugs trade inside the NBP. Ang pangalan ni Kerwin ay sanga lamang ng main trunk ng operasyon ng illegal drugs operated by inmates from the Maximum Security Compound.
Yung sanga binabakbakan na in a way ay nakatutulong tuloy sa kasinungalingan ni Dayan.
The questions are focused on Kerwin’s operation. There are others operating that enjoy bigger scope. Are they still operating now?–that is the question.
I agree.
