METRO MANILA, Philippines — Itinanggi ni National Security Adviser Eduardo Año na naging bahagi siya ng sinasabing sabwatan kayat naaresto at hawak na ngayon ng International Criminal Court (ICC) si dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Sa pagdinig ng Senate Foreign Relations Committee, sa pangunguna ni Sen. Imee Marcos, sinabi ni Año na hindi siya kabilang sa sinasabing grupo na nagplano para maisilbi kay Duterte ang warrant of arrest ng ICC.
Wala din aniya siyang alam na may binuong grupo para pagplanuhan si Duterte.

Sinabi din niya na masakit din sa kanya ang sinapit ni Duterte, na pumili sa kanya bilang chief of staff ng Armed Forces of the Philippines at kalihim ng Department of the Interior and Local Government.
