Binawi na ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Makati City ang closure order sa Smart Communications, Inc.
Ayon kay Attorney Michael Camiña, tagapagsalita at legal officer ng Makati City, nakumpleto na kasi ng Smart ang mga kinakailangan na dokumento.
“We confirm that the closure order issued against Smart Communications, Inc. has been lifted following the submission of documents in compliance with an earlier government order and court rulings, pahayag ni Camiña.
Ipinasara ng Makati City government ang Smart Communications Inc. dahil sa kawalan ng business permit simula noong 2019.
Kasabay nito, pinaalalahanan ni Camiña, ang mga nag-nenegosyo sa Makati na sumunod sa mga batas sa lungsod.
“Again, we would like to remind all businesses operating in the city to comply with city ordinances and regulations,” pahayag ni Camiña.
