Pinagunahan ni AFP Chief of Staff, General Andres Centino ang paggawad ng two-star kina Major General Edgar M. Cardinoza, commander ng AFP Health Service Command; Maj. Gen. Jose Maria R. Cuerpo II, Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel; Maj. Gen. Leonel M. Nicolas, Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence; at Maj. Gen. Marvin L. Licudine, commander ng AFP Education, Training, and Doctrine Command.
Ginanap ang seremonya sa AFP Headquarters sa Camp Aguinaldo sa Quezon City.
Tumaas din ang ranggo ni Maj. Gen. Arturo Rojassa pagbaba niya bilang acting commander ng Western Mindanao Command (WestMinCom).
Gayundin, na-promote sina Maj. Gen. Antonio G. Nafarrete, commander ng Philippine Army – 11th Infantry Division; at Maj.. Gen. Audrey L. Pasia, commander ng 5th Infantry Division.
Naging one star general naman na sina Alexei Musñgi, commander ng Joint Task Force – National Capital Region (JTF-NCR); Rommel R. Cordova, AFP Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans; at Bernardo R. Fortez, AFP Adjutant General, gayundin si Visayas Command deputy commander, Commo. Oscar D. Canlas Jr.,
May 11 pang army colonels ang na-promote at ito ay sina Brig. Gens. Ferdinand B. Napuli, Oriel L. Pangcog, Perfecto P. Peñaredondo, Lenart R. Lelina, Rommel B. Almaria, Edmundo G. Peralta, Leodevic B. Guinid, Joel M. Paloma, Noel A. Vestuir, Francis Anthony M. Coronel, at Michael A. Santos.
