Renato Solidum, itinalaga bilang bagong kalihim ng DOST

Itinalaga ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. si Renato Solidum bilang bagong kalihim ng Department of Science and Technology (DOST).

Kinumpirma ang naturang appointment ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang.

“We confirm the appointment of Mr. Renato Umali Solidum Jr as Secretary of the Department of Science and Technology,” pahayag ni Press Secretary Beatrix “Trixie” Cruz-Angeles.

Dagdag nito, “He is a geologist who has worked with PhiVolcs and is currently Undersecretary of the DOST for Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation.”
