Inatasan ng Department of the Interior and Local Government(DILG) ang mga lokal na pamahalaan na tumulong sa ginagawang paghahanda para sa pagkasa ng 100% face-to-face classes sa Nobyembre.
Hinikayat din ni Sec. Benhur Abalos ang mga lokal na opisyal na pulungin ang mga kinauukulang konseho para sa mga paghahanda, kasama na ang pagsusuri sa mga paaralan para matiyak ang kalidad at integridad ng mga istraktura at pasilidad.
“With COVID 19 still posing a threat to our students, LGUs are expected to continue the strict enforcement of the minimum public health standards (MPHS) and the COVID 19 pediatric vaccination campaign as we gear towards 100 percent conduct of face-to-face classes. There is nothing more important than prevention as we expect the influx of millions of students going back to classes,” ani Abalos.
Inatasan din ng kalihim ang Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), at iba pang law enforcement units ng LGUs na patuloy na makibahagi sa pagkasa ng ‘Brigada Eskwela.’
“It is only through a united front that we can successfully bring back our students to their schools, hence, we must work and cooperate in synergy to make their back-to-school experience safe, peaceful, and orderly,” dagdag pa nito.
