Sa datos ng PSA, hanggang noong Abril 30, 10,548,906 Philippine Ientification (ID) cards na ang kanilang naipadala matapos mairehistro sa Philippine Identification System (PhilSys).
Ang bilang 17 33.7 porsiyento ng target ng PSA ngayon taon.
“PSA recognizes this milestone as an outcome of our collective efforts with partner agencies and the field offices involved in producing and delivering PhilID cards to our registrants nationwide,” sabi ni National Statistician and Civil Registrar General Dennis Mapa.
Aniya determinado sila sa mga inisyatibo para mas mapabilis ang operasyon ng PhilSys sa lahat ng sektor.
Katuwang ng PSA ang Philippine Postal Corp. sa pag-deliver ng national IDs.
