Dating Comelec Commissioner Antonio Kho, itinalaga bilang bagong SC Associate Justice

Itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si dating Commission on Election Commissioner Antonio Kho Jr. bilang bagong associate justice ng Supreme Court.

Ito ang kinumpirma ni SC Public Information Office chief Attorney Brian Hosaka.

“For those asking, I confirm that the Supreme Court through the Office of Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo received this afternoon the appointment papers of former Comelec Commissioner Antonio Kho, Jr. as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines,” pahayag ni Hosaka.

Pupunan ni Kho ang nabakanteng puwesto ni Associate Justice Rosmari Carandang na nag-retiro noong Enero 9.
