Wala nang kaugnayan sa Office of the Special Assistant to the President ang isang abogadong bumisita sa magkapatid na Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corporation executives na sina Mohit at twinkle Dargani na ngayon ay nakakulong sa Senado.
Ayon kay Cabinet Secretary at acting presidential spokesman Karlo Nograles, noon pang March 1, 2021 nagbitiw sa Malakanyang si Attorney Daryl Ritchie Valles na bumisita sa magkapatid na Dargani.
Ayon kay Nograles, base ito sa kanyang pakikipag-ugnayan sa Human Resources Management Office na dati ay nasa ilalim ng Office of the President.
“In the interest of providing the media and the public with information regarding the lawyer, Atty. Daryl Ritchie Valles, we made an effort to validate and confirm the dates of his employment in Malacañang.
Based on the records of the Human Resources Management Office the lawyer was formerly under the Office of the President, and resigned on 1 March 2021,” pahayag ni Nograles.
Ayon kay Nograles, lumipat na ng trabaho si Valles sa isang tanggapan sa House of Representatives.
“Further inquiries revealed that upon leaving the Office of the President, Atty. Valles thereafter worked in an office under the House of Representtives,” pahayag ni Nograles.
Una nang sinabi ng Senado na isang abogado mula sa Malakanyang ang bumisita sa magkapatid na Dargani.
