Taglay nito ang lakas ng hanging aabot sa 135 kilometers per hour malapit sa gitna at pagbugsong aabot sa 165 kilometers per hour.
Kumikilos ang bagyo pa-Kanluran sa bilis na 20 kilometers per hour.

Katamtaman hanggang mabigat na buhos ng ulan naman ang mararanasan sa Albay, Sorsogon, Quezon including Polillo Islands, at Burias at Ticao Islands.
Samantala, mahina hanggang katamtaman na kung minsan ay malakas na pag-ulan ang mararamdaman sa Metro Manila at nalalabing bahagi ng Luzon at Visayas.
Sinabi ng weather bureau na patuloy na kikilos ang bagyo sa direksyong pa-Kanluran at inaasahang dadaan ito sa karagatang sakop sa Hilagang bahagi ng Camarines Provinces sa pagitan ng Miyerkules ng hapon at gabi.
Posibleng mag-landfall ang bagyo sa Polillo Islands at mainland Quezon, Miyerkules ng gabi o Huwebes ng madaling-araw (November 12).
