Paghirang kay Justice Ricardo Rosario bilang bagong mahistrado ng Korte Suprema kinumpirma ng Malakanyang

Kinumpirma ng Malakanyang ang pagtatalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ng bagong mahistrado sa Korte Suprema.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, itinalaga ng pangulo si Court of Appeals Associate Justice Ricardo de Rivera Rosario sa Supreme Court (SC).

Ang appointment ni Rosario ay nilagdaan ni Pangulong Duterte kahapon, October 8, 2020.

“As the newest member of the High Court, we are confident that Justice Rosario would advocate judicial independence, uphold the rule of law, and continue the reforms in our court processes,” ayon kay Roque.
