Palasyo, nirerespeto ang pagbasura ng SC sa quo warranto petition vs ABS-CBN

Nirerespeto ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang ang desisyon ng Supreme Court na ibasura ang inihaing quo warranto petition laban sa television network na ABS-CBN.

Sa inilabas na pahayag, sinabi ni Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque na hahayaan si Solicitor General Jose Calida, bilang petitioner, na magdesisyon sa susunod na gagawing legal action.

“We leave it to the Solicitor-General as the Petitioner to decide on his next legal steps,” ani Roque.

“Meanwhile on the issue of renewal of ABS-CBN franchise, we consider this a prerogative of Congress, which is presently deliberating on the matter,” dagdag pa nito.
