Ang kantang “Thinking Out Loud” ni Ed Sheeran ang itinanghal na Best Song of the Year sa Grammys 2016.

Naiuwi din ni Sheeran ang Best Pop Solo Performance award para sa nasabing awit.

Noong nakaraang taon, nag-number 2 sa Bilboard Hot 100 ang “Thinking Out Loud” at nakabenta ng mahigit 4 na milyong kopya sa US.

Samantala, wagi naman si Justin Bieber ng best dance recording award para sa kanilang collaboration ni DJs Skrillex at Diplo sa awiting “Where Are U Now.”

Ang rapper na si Kendrick Lamar ang nakapag-uwi ng best rap song at best rap performance award para sa awiting “Alright”

Nanalo din si Lamar kasama si Taylor Swift ng best music video award para sa awit nilang “Bad Blood”.

Si Meghan Trainor naman na nagpasikat ng awiting “All about That Bass” ang Best New Artist.
