“Well so far lahat naman are trying to comply. We have already warned them that if they don’t comply by Feb. 9, 2020 then whatever stock that they have na hindi markado, we will confiscate. And we will considered as fuel which duties and taxes are not paid. At least the corresponding taxes from the BIR side are not paid so we will confiscate,” sinabi ni Maronilla.
“All fuel that will be for the consumption of the public that intended to be tax paid should be marked by Feb. 9, 2020. Otherwise we will start testing after that. And if we find that your petroleum products that are covered under the fuel marking program are not properly marked then we will confiscate it and then we will file the necessary charges,” ani Maronilla.
