Korte Suprema nagtalaga ng bagong executive justice sa Court of Appeals-Cebu Station

Itinalaga ng Korte Suprema si Court of Appeals Justice Gabriel Ingles bilang Executive Justice sa Court of Appeals-Cebu Station.

Sa administrative order ng Supreme Court na nilagdaan ni Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta, ito ay matapos ma-promote si CA Executive Justice Edgardo Delos Santos bilang Associate Justice ng Korte Suprema.

Una dito ay nagsumite ng tatlong pangalan si CA Acting Presiding Justice Remedios Salazar – Fernando sa Korte Suprema para pagpilian sa itatagalang executive justice sa CA-Cebu Station.

Ang rekomendasyon ay base sa seniority ng mga mahistrado ng CA.
