Broadcaster sa Dipolog, inaresto dahil sa libel
Hawak ngayon ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) sa Dipolog City ang isang radio broadcaster matapos itong maaresto dahil sa kasong libel.
Sa bisa ng isang warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Judge Jose Rene Dondoyano ng Dipolog City Regional Trial Court Branch 6 ay naaresto si Celestine Nick Carbonel ng DXFL-FM.
Ayon sa mga otoridad, kinasuhan ni Zamboanga del Norte Congressman Rosendo Labadlabad si Carbonel dahil sa pagkakalat umano ng fake news.
Hindi pa malinaw kung ang sinasabing fake news na inilabas umano ng broadcaster ay may kaugnayan kay Labadlabad.
Ayon sa hepe ng Zamboanga del Norte Police na si Senior Superintendent Raul Tacaca, kasalukuyang nakaditine si Carbonel sa himpilan ng CIDG bago ito ipresenta sa korte.
