Romeo Sucaldito na guilty si Ramon Ponce De Leon, dating PEMO chief, matapos itong lumabag sa 7 (D) ng R.A No. 6713 at section 46 (A) (B), rule 10 of RRACES and conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service bilang government employee.
