Pumanaw na si 2nd District Camarines Norte Rep. Elmer Panotes.

Ayon kay House Majority Floor Leader Neptali Gonzales II, nasawi ang mambabatas sanhi ng karamdaman nitong Prostate Cancer.

Ayon sa staff ng mambabatas, namatay ito dakong alas 2:15 ng hapon habang nakaratay sa St.Lukes Medical Center.

Si Rep. Panotes ay 75 anyos.
