WATCH: First cause of action sa Marcos protest vs Roberdo, ibinasura ng Korte Suprema
Nakapuntos ang kampo ni Vice President Leni Robredo sa inihaing election protests laban sa kanya ni dating Senador Bongbong Marcos.
Sa pulong balitaan sa Lungsod ng Maynila ay inanunsyo ni Atty. Romulo Macalintal, election lawyer ni Robredo na ibinarusa ng Korte Suprema ang first cause of action ni Marcos.
Ito ay may kaugnayan sa hiling ni Marcos sa Presidential Electoral Tribunal na tukuyin muna ang authenticity ng automated election system noong 2016 elections.
Nakasaad din umano sa sesolusyon ng Mataas na Hukuman noong August 29, 2017 ang pagbasura sa hiling ni Marcos na mabusisi ang resulta ng halalan sa 22 mga probinsya at 5 highly urbanized cities.
