Sa ulat ng Joint Chiefs of Staff ng South Korea, isinagawa ang missile test alas 8:40 ng umaga oras sa Pilipinas.
Lumipad umano ang missile sa direksyon patungo sa Sea of Japan.
Pinakawalan ang missile sa bahagi ng Banghyon sa North Pyongan.
Noong nakaraang buwan, apat na anti-ship missiles ang pinakawalan ng North Korea.
Noong May 14 mayroon ding isinagawang ballistic missile test, habang tatlo naman noong Abril.
