June 26, idineklarang regular holiday ng Malakanyang

Makakaasa muli ng long weekend ang publiko sa susunod na linggo.

Ito ay makaraang pormal na ideklara ng Malakanyang ang June 26, araw ng Lunes bilang regular holiday.

Base sa proclamation number 235, nakasaad na ang deklarasyon ay kaugnay sa obserbasyon ng Eid’l Fitr o Feast of Ramadhan.

“The entire Filipino nation should have the full opportunity to join their Muslim brothersand sisters in peace and harmony in the observance and celebration of Eid’l Fitr” nakasaad sa proklamasyon.

Ang Eid’l Fitr o pagtatapos ng Ramadan ay selebrasyon ng mga Muslim matapos ang kanilang fasting.
