Electronic channels ng BPI offline ulit; ilang accounts nakitaan pa rin ng incorrect balances
May ilang accounts pa rin sa Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) ang nakitaan ng hindi tamang balanse.
Ito ay sa kabila ng pahayag ng BPI kagabi na naisaayos na nila ang problema, dahilan para ibalik ang serbisyo ng kanilang ATMs at i-restore ang lahat ng kanilang electronic channels.
Gayunman, sa pinakahuling abiso, sinabi ng BPI na kinailangan nilang muling idi-activate ang kanilang electronic channels dahil may ilang accounts na nakitaan pa din ng problema.
“In the process of rectifying balances of accounts with mis-posted transactions, we have noted that certain accounts still reflect incorrect balances. To allow us to do the necessary adjustments, we will need to de-activate our electronic channels today,” ayon sa BPI.
Sinabi ng BPI na mananatili namang bukas ang kanilang mga branch hanggang alas 7:30 ng gabi ngayong araw para serbisyohan ang mga kliyente.
Maari namang magamit pa rin ang iba pang banking systems gaya ng credit cards, remittance, SWIFT, equities brokerage (BPI Trade), investments, at loans.
