Itinalaga ni Lim si Campo bilang deputy sa office of the assistant general manager for planning, habang si Almadin naman ay bilang officer in charge for operations, traffic, flood control and solid waste management.

Romando Artes naman bilang OIC ng office of the assistant general manager for finance and administration, at Atty.
