Mga hukuman sa Mindanao mananatiling bukas sa publiko
Inatasan ni Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno ang lahat ng korte sa Mindanao na manatiling bukas.
Ayon sa Supreme Court Public Information Office (SC-PIO), hindi dapat makaabala sa deklarasyon ng martial law sa mga trabaho sa mga hukuman sa Mindanao.
Ito ay makaraang ideklara ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang martial law sa Mindanao sa gitna ng pag-atake ng Maute terror group sa Marawi City.
Ayon sa SC PIO, sinabi ni Sereno na dapat manatili sa kani-kanilang stasyon ang mga hukom at mag-ulat rin sa Office of the Court Administrator kaugnay sa seguridad ng kani-kanilang mga lugar.
Samantala, nagdagdag na rin ng seguridad sa paligid ng gusali ng Mataas na Hukuman sa lungsod ng Maynila.
Bukod sa mga security personnel ay may naka-deploy na rin na mga tauhan ng Manila Police District sa paligid ng Supreme Court compound.
