Rafael Ragos, makukulong sa ahensyang dati nitong pinamunuan
Sa detention facility ng National Bureau of Invetigation (NBI) kung saan siya nagsilbi noon bilang deputy director makukulong si Rafael Ragos.
Si Ragos na dati ring naging pinuno ng Bureau of Corrections (Bucor) ay dinala ng mga tauhan ng NBI sa Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 204 para sa return ng warrant.
Kasama si Ragos na naisyuhan ng arrest warrant ni Judge Juanita Guerrero sa kasong may kaugnayan sa illegal drug trade sa New Bilibid Prisons (NBP).
Kahapon ng umaga sumuko sa NBI si Ragos at doon na nagpalipas ng magdamag.
Ayon kay NBI Deputy Director for Intelligence Sixto Burgos si Ragos mismo ang nagnais na manatili sa kostodiya ng ahensya.
Pinaburan naman ito ng korte, at batay sa commitment order, sa NBI makukulong si Ragos.
