Korte sa Baybay, Leyte, ipinaaaresto na si Kerwin Espinosa
Nagpalabas na ng warrant of arrest ang Baybay, Leyte Regional Trial Court laban kay Kerwin Espinosa Jr. sa kinakaharap nitong kasong murder.
Sa inilabas na warrant of aaresto ni Baybay City RTC Branch 14 Presiding Judge Carlos Arguelles, kabilang din sa pinaaaresto ang iba pang akusado na sina Jesus Tolin alyas “Loloy” at Brian Anthony Zaldivar Gates alyas “Tony Pet”.
Walang inirekomendang piyansa ang korte kay Espinosa at sa dalawang kapwa niya akusado.
Inatasan ng korte ang mga otoridad na agad ipatupad ang warrant of arrest.
Si Espinosa ay nasa kostodiya ngayon ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)
