Utos ni Bato: Mga puganteng preso sa N. Cotabato, maaring arestuhin ng pulis kahit walang warrant
Maaaring arestuhin ng mga pulis ang mga presong nakatakas sa North Cotabato District Jail kahit walang warrant of arrest.
Ito ang utos ni Philippine National Police chief Director Gen. Ronald dela Rosa sa mga pulis sa Mindanao.
Ayon pa kay Dela Rosa, inutusan na niya ang police regional directors sa Mindanao na tumulong sa Bureau of Jail Management and Penology sa manhunt operations laban sa mga pumugang preso.
Kasabay nito, ipinag-utos na din ni Dela Rosa sa mga PNP commanders ang pagsasagawa ng isang security survey sa lahat ng detention facilities sa bansa para maiwasan ang kaparehong insidente.
Sa mga oras na ito, aabot pa sa 110 na pumugang preso ang pinaghahanap ng mga otoridad.
