Uulanin ngayong araw na ito ang Metro Manila at kalapit na lalawigan ayon sa PAGASA
Magdudulot ng pag-ulan sa Metro Manila at mga kalapit na lalawigan ang Southwest Monsoon o habagat ngayong araw.
Sa abiso ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration o PAGASA, makararanas ng ‘occasional rains’ ang Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bataan, Pampanga, Zambales gayundin ang Mindoro, Palawan at Ilocos region.
Nagbabala din ang PAGASA na ang mararanasang pag-ulan ay maaring makapagdulot ng flashfloods at landslides.“The general public and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils concerned are advised to take necessary precautionary measures against possible flashfloods and landslides,” ayon sa PAGASA
Nauna nang inabisuhan ng PAGASA ang mga residente sa Metro Manila sa mararanasang malakas na buhos ng ulan ngayong araw na epekto ng mamumuong thunderstorm.
Sa Western Visayas at sa nalalabing bahagi ng northern at central Luzon ay makararanas naman ng mahina hanggang sa katamtamang pag-ulan./ Dona Dominguez- Cargullo
