4 pulis-Makati sibak sa pangingikil at kidnapping
Pinasusupinde ng Southern Police District (SPD) ang apat na opisyal ng pulisya ng Makati na sangkot sa kasong pangingikil at kidnapping na inihain ng isang Thai-Filipino.
Sinibak sa pwesto ni SPD Director Chief Supt. Tomas Apolinario Jr, sina Chief Insp. Aurelio Domingo, hepe ng Special Operations Group (SOG) ng pulisya ng Makati, Police Officer 3 Marvin Garcia, PO2 Lloyd Fernandez at PO1 Shamindoning Tomondog.
Inilipat ang mga ito sa SPD District Headquarters Support Unit sa Fort Bonifacio habang nakabinbin pa ang imbestigasyon sa grave misconduct and irregularity in the conduct of police operation laban sa kanila.
Ayon kay Makati Police Chief Senior Supt. Milo Pagtalunan, nag-ugat ang reklamo sa pagkakaaresto kay Rodolfo Galicia dahil sa illegal possession of firearms.
Pumunta sa Makati police headquarters ang Thai-Filipino partner ni Galicia na si Pornthip Saelow kasama ang isang tauhan ng National Bureau of Investigation.
Ito ay matapos maghain ni Saelow ng reklamo sa apat na pulis na diumano’y humingi ng kalahating milyong piso kapalit ang kalayaan ni Galicia.
Sinabi naman ni Pagtalunan na hindi na itutuloy ni Saelow ang reklamo ngunit patuloy pa ring iimbestigahan ang sangkot na miyembro ng SOG para sa kasong administratibong maaaring harapin ng mga ito.
