Ilang lokal na pamahalaan, nagsuspinde ng panghapon na klase dahil sa sama ng panahon
Nag-anunsyo ng class suspension ang ilang lokal na pamahalan dahil sa nararanasang malakas na pag-ulan sa kanilang lugar.
Narito ang listahan ng mga lugar na nagpatupad ng suspensyon ng klase ngayong hapon ng Biyernes, November 4:
– Pangil, Laguna – pre-school to senior high school
– Talisay, Camarines Norte – elementary to high school (public at private)
– Sorsogon City – all levels
– Castilla, Sorsogon – elementary to tertiary level
– Medellin, Cebu – elementary to high school
Ayon sa PAGASA, nakapagpapaulan sa malaking bahagi ng bansa ang Low Pressure Area at Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).
