Tuluyan nang nakalabas ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) ang bagyong “Lawin.”
Ayon sa 10 pm at final weather bulletin ng PAGASA,huling namataan ang sentro ng bagyong Lawin sa 390 kilometers West Northwest ng Laoag City, Ilocos Norte na nasa labas na ng PAR.
May taglay na lamang itong 120 kilometers per hour na lakas ng hangin, at pagbugso na 150 kilometers per hour.
Tinatahak nito ngayon ang direksyong North Northwest sa bilis na 19 kilometers per hour.
