Sundalo patay, 3 pa sugatan sa Abu Sayyaf encounter sa Tuburan, Basilan
Isang sundalo ang nasawi habang 3 ang sugatan sa engkuwentro ng militar at umano’y mga miyembro ng teroristang grupo Abu Sayyaf Group sa Tuburan, Basilan.
Ayon kay Western Mindanao Command Spokesperson Major Felimon Tan, patay ang isang ‘di-pinangalanan sundalo ng Army Special Forces at 3 pang tropa ng pamahalaan ang nasugatan.
Nagsimula umano ang sagupaan sa pagitan ng mga sundalo at ASG sa may bahagi ng Tuburan, Martes at tumagal ng ilang oras bago nagsitakas ang mga bandido.
Bahagi ng focused military operation ang Basilan at Sulu dahil na rin dito nagkukuta ang mga teroristang grupong ASG.
