Kinasuhan ng Office of the Ombudsman sa Sandiganbayan ang ama ni Presidential Communication Operations Office Secretary Martin Andanar na si dating DILG Usec. Wencelito Andanar.
Kasong paglabag sa code of conduct and ethical standards for government officials and employees ang inihain ng Ombudsman laban sa matandang Andanar.
Batay sa dalawang magkahiwalay na impormasyon ng kaso, mayroon umanong ari-arian na hindi naideklara si dating Usec. Andanar sa 2004 at 2005 Statement of Assets Liabilities and Networth o SALN nito.
Ang ari- arian na hindi nito naideklara ay sakop umano ng transfer certificate of title no. T-9238.
