METRO MANILA, Philippines — Kahit nagsumite ng kanilang courtesy resignation, may tatlong miyembro ng Marcos Cabinet na kailangan pa rin humarap sa Commission on Appointments (CA).
Ito ang sinabi ni Surigao del Sur Rep. Johnny Pimentel, na nagsisilbing assistant minority leader sa CA.
Idinagdag pa niya tuloy ang itinakdang tatlong committee hearings sa darating na ika-3 ng Hunyo para sa deliberasyon ng ad interim appointment nina Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon II, Information and Communications Technology Secretary Henry Aguda, at Presidential Communications Secretary Jay Ruiz.

Ipinaliwanag ni Pimentel na magkaiba ang courtesy resignation sa formal resignation at ang tatlong kalihim ay hindi makukunsiderang nagbitiw sa puwesto.
Sabi pa ng mambabatas, kailangan ay bawiin ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ang pagtatalaga sa mga miyembro ng gabinete na haharap sa CA.
Sa ika-2 ng Hunyo 2 ay magbubukas muli ang 19th Congress makalipas ang apat na buwan na recess.
