Napa-amin ni Senator Jinggoy Estrada ang Bell-Khenz Pharma Inc., sa pagbibigay ng mga insentibo sa ilang doktor na nagrereseta ng kanilang generic brand sa mga pasyente.
Humarap sa pagdinig ng Committee on Health, na pinamumunuan ni Sen. Christopher Go, si Dr. Luis Raymund Go, ang chairman at chief executive officer (CEO) ng Bell-Khenz Pharma.
