Para kay Senator Sonny Angara hindi tama na idiretso ng Kamara sa Commission on Elections (Comelec) ang Resolution of Both Houses (RBH)) No. 7 kapag ipinasa na ito sa Mababang Kapulungan.
“With due respect, I think the correct procedure in our bicameral system is to transmit any resolutions or bills passed by either House to the other House,” ani Angara.
Reaksyon ito ni Angara kaugnay sa suhestiyon ni House Majority Leader Manuel Dalipe na idiretso ang RBH 7 sa Comelec.
“Similar to what they did with previous resolutions, including those dealing with Charter change,” dagdag pa ni Angara.
Pinamumunuan ni Angara ang pagdinig ng binuong Subcommittee on Constitutional Amendments ukol sa Resolution of Both Houses (RBH) No.6 na layon amyendahan ang ilang pang-ekonomiyang probisyon ng Saligang Batas.
Inaasahan na pagkatappos na ng “Holy Week break” maipapagpatuloy ni Angara ang pagdinig sa RBH 6.
