Hanggang ngayon alas-2 ng hapon, nakakapag-suplay na ng 230 megaWatts ng kuryente mula sa mga planta ng kuryente sa Panay.
Sa update mula sa National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), dagdag pa dito ang 14.6MW na nakukuha mula sa ibat-ibang sources sa Visayas.
“We reiterate that load restoration will be done conservatively, by matching loads to restored generation, to prevent repeated voltage failure. NGCP is ready to transmit power once it is available,” ayon sa NGCP.
Nangangailangan ang naturang grid sa Panay ng 300MW para sa “stable power supply” at hinihinatay na lamang ang pagbabalik sa grid ng PCPC, na maaring makapag-suplay ng 135MW.
Nagkaroon ng malawakang pagkawala ng kuryente sa Panay sa pagbagsak ng mga planta ng kuryente noong Martes.
