P69B para sa year-end at cash gift ng gov’t workers inilabas na
Inilabas na ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) ang P69. 4 bilyon na pondo para sa year-end bonus (YEB) at cash gift (CG) ng mga kuwalipikadong empleyado ng gobyetno.
Ayon kay Budget Sec. Amenah Pangandaman, matatanggap ang bonus simula ngayong araw, Nobyembre 15.
“This is a well-deserved symbol of appreciation for our government workers, our heroes, who give their all for the country— those who walk the extra mile and spend longer work hours out of their sheer sense of public service. This is in line with the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. to ensure that our government workers are given these rightful tokens for all their sacrifices that are greatly contributing to the reactivation of our economy,” pahayag ni Pangandaman.
Dagdag pa ng kalihim, , ang YEB ay katumbas ng isang buwang basic pay ng empleyadoh abang ibibigay naman ang P5,000 cash gift.
Kuwalipikado sa year-end bonus at cash gift ang mga kawani na nagbigay ng serbisyo ng kabuuang apat na buwan mula Enero 1 hanggang Oktubre 31 ng taong kasalukuyan.
Nasa P45. 3 bilyon ang inilaan ng DBM para sa civilian personnel at P15.2 bilyon para sa military o uniformed personnel.
“Alam ko marami sa inyo na excited matanggap ang bonus ninyo, pero sana huwag natin kalimutang gamitin ito ng tama. Spend it wisely, and invest it on things and needs that truly matter. Unahin ninyo ang mga kailangan kaysa luho lang,” pahayag ni Pangandaman.
