Kapwa akusado ni ex-Sen. de Lima ipinalilipat sa Muntinlupa
Ipinag-utos ng korte ang paglipat sa Muntinlupa City Jail kay Jose Adrian “Jad” Tamson Dera, kapwa akusado ni dating Senator Leila de Lima sa drugs case, mula sa NBI Detention facility sa Maynila.
Nagmula ang utos kay Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court (RTC) Judge Abraham Joseph Alcantara base sa inihaing petisyon ng NBI.
Ngayon ay may pagdinig sa Senado ukol sa paglabas ni Dera ng kulungan kamakailan.
“Accordingly, the Chief of the Security Management Section (SMS), NBI, is directed to turn over the body of the living person of accused Jose Adrian Dera y Tamson to the Muntinlupa City Jail Male Dormitory, Tunasan, Muntinlupa City who is ordered to take custody of said accused during the pendency of the case and until further orders from the Court,” ang utos ng korte.
Nahaharap si Dera at anim na ahente ng NBI ng mga reklamong bribery, corruption of public official, infidelity in the custody of prisoner, at graft and corruption dahil sa paglabas nito ng kulungan noong Hunyo 21.
