UP kumikilos kaugnay sa “sexual assault” sa isang estudyante
Nakikipagtulungan na ang University of the Philippines Diliman sa university police kaugnay sa naganap na insidente ng “sexual assault” sa isang estudyante noong gabi ng nakaraang Sabado, Hulyo 1.
“The UPD administration has been “working with the police authorities for the immediate apprehension of the suspect and closely coordinating with the survivor to provide necessary assistance,” ayon sa inilabas na pahayag mula sa UPD Office of the Chancellor.
Nabatid na magdadagdag na rin ng mga magpapatrulyang UP police at security personnel sa ibat-ibang bahagi ng campus lalo na pagkatapos ng mga klase at oras ng trabaho.
Inabisuhan na rin ang publiko na mag-ingat at agad makipag-ugnayan sa UPD Police kung may mga mapapansin na kahina-hinalang aktibidad.
“Everyone is reminded to stay vigilant and report anything suspicious to the UPDP,” ayon pa sa pahayag.
Naganap ang insidente alas-11 ng gabi sa Ylanan street.
