Lumawak pa ang sineserbisyuhan ng East Zone concessionaire Manila Water matapos madagdagan ng 8,247 ang kanilang bagong domestic at non-domestic water connections sa unang tatlong buwan ng 2023.
Nabatid na ang bilang ay 40 porsiyento ng kanilang bagong water service connection target sa kabuuan ang taon.
Sa naturang bilang, 8,052 ang residential at ang natitirang 195 ay commercial at industrial water connections.
Sa kabuuan, ang Manila Water ay mayroon ng 1,154,787 overall water service connections na may katumbas naman na 7,613,672 customers sa East Zone ng Metro Manila at Rizal Province.

This also comes with the responsibility of working harder and striving to further improve our services and ensure consistent 24/7 services, which is what we are committed to do since the establishment of Manila Water 25 years ago,” sabi ni Jeric Sevilla, Manila Water Corporate Communication Affairs Group director.
Nagpapatuloy naman ang kanilang service accessibility at continuity projects sa ilalim ng 2023-2027 East Zone Service Improvement Plan.
