SITG binuo para imbestigahan pagtumba sa Mindoro broadcaster
Ipinag-utos ni PNP Chief Benjamin Acorda, Jr., ang pagbuo sa isang Special Investigation Task Group (SITG) para sa malalimang pag-iimbestiga sa pagpatay sa isang radio broadcaster sa Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro ng riding-in-tandem criminals.
“The PNP will establish a Special Investigation Task Group to handle the investigation. This will pave way for a deeper probe to expedite the gathering of pieces of evidence and testimonies. We are maximizing our efforts to get more pieces of evidence and testimonies in order to shed light on this incident and facilitate the immediate arrest of the perpetrators,” ani Acorda Jr.
Sa paunang ulat, pinagbabaril ang 50-anyos na si Cresenciano Aldovino Bunduquin alas-4:30 ng madaling araw sa C-5 Road Barangay Sta. Isabel.

Sinabi naman ni PNP chief information officer Brig. Gen. Redrico Maranan nakikipag-ugnayan na sila sa pamilya ng biktima para sa mga kinakailangang impormasyon na maaring maiugnay sa kaso.
Aniya hindi pa natutukoy kung ang pagpatay kay Bunduquin ay may kinalaman sa kanyang pagiging broadcaster.
“We assure our media colleagues that the PNP prioritizes the security of those working in the media industry. The PNP Media Vanguards will directly oversee the course of investigation of this incident,” dagdag ni Maranan.
