Mismong si Rotary District Gov. Florian Enriquez ang personal na nagbigay ng donasyon kay Mayor Joy Belmonte bilang suporta sa programang pang-edukasyon ng lungsod.
Dumalo rin sa turnover ceremony sina First Gentleman Jun Enriquez, PDG Rey David, Past Pres Rene Cantos, Past Pres Pol Castillo, COS Lotlot Alvarez, at Schools Division Superintendent Carleen Sedilla.
Gagamitin ang pondo sa Bago Bantay Elementary School na nakikiisa sa QC Gabay Aral na isang high-dosage tutoring program na nakatutok sa reading at math.

We cannot be the best if our kids are not the best We are truly grateful for the commitment and support of Rotary International D3780. Through the help of the private sector, we will be able to harness the education and learning opportunities in our city for the benefit of our young learners,” pahayag ni Belmonte.
Nakasaad sa City Ordinance SP-3182, itinatag ang QC Learning Recovery Trust Fund para sa cash donations para sa learning recovery programs sa public schools sa lungsod.
