Nag-abstain naman si Sen. Nancy Binay, samantalang hindi nakaboto sina Minority Leader Aquilino ‘Koko’ Pimentel III, Sen. Francis Escudero at Sen. Imee Marcos.
Ngayon umaga ay isasagawa ang Bicameral Conference Committee meeting at naitalagang kinatawan ng Senado sina Sen. Mark Villar, ang chairperson ng Committee on Banks at sponsor ng Senate Bill No. 2020, kasama niya sina Pimentel, Sens. Pia Cayetano, Ronald dela Rosa, Sherwin Gatchalian, Francis Tolentino, at Alan Peter Cayetano.
