Nasabat ng mga tauhan ng Bureau of Customs (BOC) ang isang lorry truck at isang trailer na naglalaman ng 40 kiloliters ng diesel sa Seafront Shipyard at Port Terminal Services Corporation sa Barangay Lucanin, Mariveles, Bataan.
Ayon kay BOC District Collector Alexandra Lumontad, walang fuel marker ang kargamento dahilan para magpalabas ng warrant of seizure.
Nabatid na ikakarga sana ang diesel sa mga barkong Meridian Cinco at MV Seaborne Cargo 7 na parehong sumasailalim sa repair sa shipyard.
Galing ang diesel sa Cabtuan, Isabela.
Hindi naman tinukoy ng BOC kung magkanong halaga ang nakumpiskang diesel.
