Arestado ang top human trafficker sa Baguio City.
Ayon sa National Bureau of Investigation—Cordillera Administrative Region, nakilala ang naarestong suspek na si Julius Delgado.
Naaresto si Delgado matapos ang entrapment operation sa Hotel 45, Salud Mitra Barangay, Baguio City.
Nabatid na dating nagtatrabaho si Delgado bilang floor manager ng Gentleman’sClub at ngayon ay operations manager ng Heartland Club sa Skyrise Hotel, Dominican Hill sa Baguio City.
Bago isinagawa ang entrapment operation, tatlong babae ang idineliver ni Delgado sa NBI undercover na nagpanggap na customer.
Humingi si Delgado ng P30,000 na bayad para sa tatlong babae.
Sinampahan na ng kasong Qualified Theft si Delgado sa City Prosecutor’s Office sa Baguio City at inirekomenda na walang piyansa.
Nasa kostudiya na ng Department of Social Welfare and Development ang tatlong babae at sumasailalim sa counseling.
