Chiz: Intel funds gamitin sa ‘all-out war’ laban sa gun-for-hire syndicates
Hinikayat ni Senator Francis Escudero ang gobyerno na gamitin ang intelligence funds para labanan at sugpuin ang mga sindikato ng ‘gun-for-hire’ sa bansa.
“Only the identification and dismantling of groups of hired killers can assassinations be stopped,” diin ni Escudero matapos kondenahin ang pagpatay kay Negros Oriental Gov. Roel Degamo noong Sabado ng umaga.

Dagdag pa ni Escudero: “Killings eventually become a revolving door phenomenon if we do not neutralize the actors now and in the long run, fix the kinks in our justice system.”
