Foreign vessel, sumadsad sa Monad Shoal sa Daanbantayan Cebu
Sumadsad sa karagatang sakop ng Monad Shoal sa Daanbantayan Cebu ang isang Panamanian vessel.
Ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard-Cebu, natanggap nila ang ulat hinggil sa pagsadsad ng MV Belle Rose kaninang alas 8:00 ng umaga.
Ang nasabing barko ay mayroong watawat ng Panama at may lulan na saku-sakong semento.
Ayon kay Coast Guard, Cebu station commander Agapito Bibat, galing umano sa Japan ang barko at patungo sana sa San Fernando Port sa Naga, Cebu.
Nagtungo na sa lugar ang team ng Coast Guard mula sa Hagnaya substation para alamin ang insidente.
